Job Scope:To meet with top management on all matters with regards to project implementation and future developmentsPreparation and presentation of Feasibility studyPreparation and presentation of Project Report/ Status/ VOPreparation and presentation of Tender & AwardTo study and propose Value Engineering or alternative for cost effectivenessTo coordinate & liaise with Consultants and Project team membersQualification1. Experience: min 8 years property/construction project management experience.2. Education: Degree holder in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, QS or Architecture.3. Languages: able to speak English, Chinese & BM.4.
