Assistant Quality Assurance Executive

Job ResponsibilityDiploma/Bachelor or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field of studies.Candidate with 1year of experience in quality control within the food processing industry will be prioritized.Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., JAKIM, BKKM).Possessed strong work ethicsProficiency in using quality control tools and equipment.Strong attention to detail and analytical skillsFresh graduates are encouraged to applyJob RequirementsConduct quality checking throughout out the process flow from Receiving (incoming raw material) to Distribution (outgoing finished goods).Pay attention to detail and ensure adherence to Halal & food safety standard.Oversee, record and compile all relevant QC activities on a scheduled basis according to JAKIM & BKKM requirements.Assist in Halal and food safety standard documentation.Perform inspections and lab analysis on imported & in-house goods to verify their compliance with specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements.Ensure all personnel comply with the Production SOP especially safety & cleanliness.Ensure all machineries & equipment are accurate and calibrated accordingly.Supervise pest control activities conducted by appointed external contractor.Monitor and eliminate of any possible risk and quality-deviation.Respond to any feedback / complaints from customers related to QC.Perform any other task or duties assigned by supervisor / managementJob Benifits5 Working DaysFree ParkingEPF, SOCSO providedWe have more public holiday than gazettedMedical BenefitStaff discount
