Assistant Quantity Surveyor

**Location**:Bandar Baru Sri Klebang, Ipoh**Contract**:PermanentAs an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you shall assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in:- Pre-contract management - budgeting, estimating, call tenders, tender interview, prepare contract documents & etc- Post-contract management - assessment of interim payment, valuation of variation works, settlement of final account- Attend site meetings, site visits- Liaise with suppliers / contractors for quotations- General administrationYou should ideally have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or Building Management; and have minimum 1 year of working experience either in real estate, consultancy, or as a contractor; and be proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
