Assistant Regulatory Affairs

**Location**:Malaysia, MY- Ho Chi Minh, VN**Job Summary**Execute the product registration and marketing to be compliant to local and international laws and regulations.**General Responsibilities**- Be responsible for the regulatory affair of Imported FMCG (especially foods and cosmetic)- Contact with client to present the regulation of Vietnam and get documents needed for product launching.- Evaluate and translate documents to ensure documentation complies with current Vietnam regulations.- Send to testing and analysis the result to ensure samples complies with current Vietnam regulations.- Submit to authorities and follow up documentation until getting approval for importation.- Follow up the shipment and cooperate with QA team to make sure goods imported complied with registered data (product specification and packaging).- Revise Vietnamese products label and instruct warehouse team to redress label.- Prepare product documents for sale team to list goods to MT chain.- Manage and record product documents for auditing after placing products into the market.- To research and study all update related Consumer Goods regulation**Functional Skills and Knowledge**- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken- Good communication and negotiation skills- Planning & organizational skills- Fluent in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), fluent in Adobe Illustrator preferably.**Education**Diploma/certification of Science, Chemistry, Pharma or related disciplines**Work Experience**Minimum two to three years' experience in a similar role (New graduate students are welcome, preferably from University of Science, University of Technology)
