Assistant Service Manager

Lead and supervise the service department staff, including service advisors, technicians, and administrative personnel.- Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling appointments assigning work orders, and managing workflow.- Ensure efficient and timely completion of vehicle repairs, maintenance services, and inspections.- Serve as the primary point of contact for occupational safety and health (OSH) matters within the service department.- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with OSH regulations.- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and mitigate potential risks- Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as labor efficiency, service sales, and profitability.**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Experience**:- Management: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 03/10/2024
