Assistant Technician Quality (Qa/Qc)

**Responsibilities**:- Perform Electrical Inspection, Mechanical Inspection & Visual Inspection for product based on AQL requirement before deliver to Customer.- Maintain and monitor the quality performance by factory (Internal process monitoring and 4M change monitoring).- Perform in-house and / or sub-contractor audits if necessary.- Advice and counsel appropriate production line /sub-contractor for corrective action and improvement- On site problem verification for customer claim (If necessary).- Analyses rejected and returned product because of customer complaints to determine the causes of complaint with feedback quality claim information to related departments.- Posting delivery slip after OQC check- Monthly OQC Data Quality Report Making- GRAI Issuing- Raise ROSAF- Sub-Con sample approval breakdown & report- Internal patrol quality control (Process)- Engineering sample validationOther relevant tasks as per assigned by the Management.Comply with company standard and policies (QMS and EMS) including Safety and 5S standard.**Requirements**:- Certificate / SKM / Diploma in any Electrical Engineering or equivalent- 1 year experience- Able to speak, read & write in English & Bahasa Malaysia- Ability to work independently & as a team**Benefits**:- Dental, Medical- Business (e.g. Shirts)- Insurances- Bonus- Salary Increment- Transport & Meals Allowances- Normal working hours Monday - Friday**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate**Salary**: From RM1,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Cell phone reimbursement- Company car- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (required)**Experience**:- Quality control: 1 year (preferred)- Quality assurance: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
