DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**Essential functions**- Leads an internal sales teams to achieve monthly/annual enrollment goals and close rates.- Leads periodic sales review process, conducts group call audits with supervisors and recommend opportunities to coach to maximum performance.- Conducts consistent individual call audits and delivers feedback to supervisors.- Train and recommend performance management of new hires and low performers.- Utilizes and assists in future development of all statistical reports including production levels and close rates.- Follows "Right Next Step" sales model to optimize sales and lead generation while adhering to compliant sales approaches.- Develops sales scripts, rebuttals and coaching approaches to optimize performance.- Ensures sales tactics align with maintaining mínimal rapid disenrollment rates.- Strictly adhere to all management regulations.- To undertake any other adhoc jobs assigned by Head of Department or Management from time to time.**Daily task & others administration job**- Coaching & training by understanding TM successful & unsuccessful experience.- Monitoring of TM daily activity thru Tele marketing system and TM report.- Randomly pick up recorded call for monitoring and the right approach when making calls.- To improve personal and Tele-marketeers successful call & appointment rates.- To ensure all the appointments are fixed in Daily appointment, Individual file & Arcus.- Managing all leads data and assign to respective tele-marketeer.- To follow up on Unreachable call especially call the not reachable from the leads assigned & those never turn up clients-every morning till 12pm.- To manage all cancellation of appointment and understand the issues facing by respective TM.- To compile monthly report for the team performance, commission and other relevant reports that required at all time.- Continuously updates & sharing on the client's expectation, feedback and complaints on gifts, packages and services.- Conducting monthly meeting to present TM monthly sales performance & client feedback.**Telemarketing roles & responsibility**- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.- Answering questions about products or the company.Asking relevant questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
