**Responsibilities**:**Assist Training manager**- for employee training portfolio- Plan & execute in-house training programs for F&B outlet employees- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and prepare training reports- Design, Develop, Maintain and Update Company Training Materials- Develop e-learning materials- Conduct Employee Training Needs Analysis- Source for suitable training courses for HQ employees- Application of training grants**Qualifications**:- Previous experience is an asset- Minimum of 2-3 years progressive Food and Beverage leadership experience role- Previous experience with hands on training is a strong asset- This position requires a collaborative, engaging, focused individual who understands the business needs and can translate this knowledge into highly effective training and development programs- Passionate, energetic, creative, self-motivated individual with a high degree of professionalism- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated confidence presenting to colleagues and management- Patient, with good problem solving and time management skills- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure- Must possess outstanding guest service, communication and presentation skills- Must possess strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to work with mínimal supervision and direction.- Strong experience in computer programs such as: Adobe Creative Suite 4 (or higher); Excel, Word, Publisher, and Power Point.- University or College education**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Training manager: 1 year (required)- F&B Management: 1 year (required)License/Certification:- Food Handling (required)
