Lead and manage an effective and consistent regulatory reporting to be in compliance with BNM's Operational Risk Reporting (ORR) requirements.- To lead and manage completeness, accuracy and timeliness of regulatory reporting submission to BNM's ORR by continuously identifying, assessing and implementing the latest regulatory reporting requirements and industry best practices related to ORR requirements by BNM;- To develop, lead and drive awareness of ORR requirements within the Group to ensure sufficient level of competency in managing Operational Risks events and comply with regulatory reporting requirements;- To keep abreast of market and regulatory requirements related to non-financial risk management;- To act as the central liaison and coordinator for issues/queries related to ORM Framework and P&P and BNM's ORR requirements;- To lead, inspire and inculcate the EPICC Culture within the department to be in line with the Group's cultural objectives;
