Assistant Vice President, Projects & Operations

Coordinate and support NFRM's overall projects and operations to be in-line with NFRM's diverse risk management objectives for the Group.- To coordinate operation related matters for the Regional Head and Tower Heads of NFRM; in order to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency and timeliness of deliverables and goals;- To coordinate the deliverables to relevant Management and Board Committees; and to ensure that the objectives and deliverables are coordinated and achieved comprehensively and timely;- To monitor and track NFRM projects' initiation and deliverables; as to ensure that all project strategic objectives are achieved effectively and timely;- To inspire and inculcate the EPICC Culture within the department to be in line with the Group's cultural objectives;- To monitor and track departmental budgets to ensure sufficient resource is in place to ensure day-to day operations of the Department is operating in an effective and efficient manner.- To coordinate, monitor and, track key risk initiatives of CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad; as to ensure effectiveness and timeliness of deliverables.
