Ability to engage with various stakeholders e.g. Sales, Group Compliance, Group Legal, Group Technology, iCIMB and etc. for any initiatives or projects assigned.- Monitor industry and competitor activities & offerings for recommendations.- Prepare approval paper integrating necessary changes to meet the project's needs, and ensuring coherence between policies and project goals. The aim is to enhance efficiency, manage risks, and support the project's successful execution within the organization's framework.- To ensure all product development effort complied with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and Bank's policy.- Assist to provide & verify any changes for ad-hoc project that caters to Bank's latest system enhancement & development.- To identify any process gap and perform system/process enhancement and re-engineering.- Participate in all aspects of ad hoc initiatives or tasks assigned and able to analyze issues and provide solution.
