Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

Ensuring that all statutory requirements are compiled & hand on experience in stores management- Able to handle customer complains internal /external- Maintains a safe and clean store environment by developing, determining and documenting locations of potentially dangerous materials and chemicals- Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels anticipating customer demand- To make purchase requisition on process chemicals and spares and to ensure sufficient stock- To monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of process chemicals from suppliers to ensure deliveries on time through close planning with Production- To ensure incoming and outgoing materials into stock are properly documented in accordance to the company's current procedures and requirements- To ensure and follow-up any incoming import shipment with shipping agent, forwarding agent, transporter agent & Purchasing department and comply with MIDA, MITI and Customs Exemption- To ensure related to Quality, Environment, Safety & Health, Food Safety & EFfCI GMP are being complied.**Job Requirements**:- Diploma / Degree Holder in Engineering/Business Admin/Other related degrees- Minimum 3 years' experience in Stores in Refinery / manufacturing environment- Age Profiler 25 and above. Knowledge on SAP, MS Office Software- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision- Good understanding of the relevant laws and regulations. (MIDA, MITI and Customs Exemption, Import arrangement)- Prosses high degree of maturity and strong leadership quality & high level of initiative, resourcefulness, tactful & determination to achieve the goals set.
