Summary of Job Description: Coordinate and follow-up on South East Asia and Emerging Market Compliance Program according to Area and corporate requirements and aligned to local laws and regulations. Ensure Compliance Policies and Procedures are in place, to promote adherence and help in minimizing business risks.
Major Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and Coordinate Affiliate’s Compliance Steering Committee meetings, take minutes and follow-up on agreed actions.
- Accomplish monitoring implementation and remediation plans; to assist areas of opportunity, root causes, preventive, corrective measures and completion of the same.
- Follow up on deviations concerning potential non-compliance matters related to the Code of Business Conduct and other Compliance Policies and Guidance.
- Generate and maintain training strategies to keep all relevant functions of the company trained on Compliance Policies and Code of Business Conduct. Follow up certifications in Code of Business Conduct and other courses including Online Trainings and also local training programs.
- Assist with Affiliate Audit Preparation.
- Partners with all levels of key affiliate divisional business functions to:
- Provide basic and routine Ethics & Compliance advice
- Coordinate, manages and interprets policies, procedures and practices across the affiliate
- Perform compliance risk assessment, trend analysis and best practice recommendations
- Organize ethics and compliance records, documents and files and maintain document databases
- Facilitate/ Liaise monthly with admin on the number of incident logs and the close out for the period.
- Facilitate/ Liaise with admin to ensure that the centralized repository is complete and updated at all times
- Help to assist/update and upload the latest info to the compliance website –website management
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Required:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent. Finance, Business, Accounting, Legal or equivalent work experience is preferred.
