Associate Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities :To represent RMS in acquiring for new key merchants to accept the payment services offered by RMS.To lead and handhold small business unit, focusing mainly on managing team pipelines and addressing issues faced by team members in closing deals.To work with HOD to outline any developed strategies to improve the businesses by looking in-depth into existing data etc. To research, solicit and develop new clients/partners and opportunities.To contact existing key clients to establish rapport and arrange regular meetings.To plan and coordinate marketing initiatives with team members.To increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.To develop quotes for and present proposals to clients.To coordinate with leads from Tech, Ops and Support teams in addressing key customers' requests and issues.To identify gaps and propose improvement recommendations in existing business processes to increase business team productivityPre-Requisites :Are you game?
