WHY JOIN US?We practice a vibrant & energetic office culture.We provide opportunities for career advancement within the company.Good performance is always rewarded accordingly.""JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Key ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional implementation and administrative support to nominated Sales Executives and Sales ManagersEnsure a high level of client satisfaction by providing prompt and professional responses to all client questions and requirementsMaintain and continually enhance knowledge of TV, radio, Digital Advertising products, Integrated Solutions, Social Media Marketing, Product sampling, event management, live experiences and experiential marketingSupport and have joint responsibility with nominated Account Sales Executives & Sales Managers for all aspect of client servicing.Execution of all elements of sold campaigns & promos with internal departments or division.Promotion implementation via activation of internal resources to ensure delivery of campaignManage internal processes and critical pathsOversee production of commercials, promotional credits, live reads, online advertorials, digital postings, sponsorships, major station partnerships and other integration solutions as requiredClient and agency liaison as requiredCampaign monitoring and progress updates; conveying reports, air checks, online to agency/clientCreation of post campaign reporting with Integration team and final delivery report to clientAttend external client meetings when deem requiredBuild and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients including client entertainment as requiredUnderstand and provide access to station resources for clientsTo be a point of contact in the absence of the Sales Executives & Sales Manager to ensure the needs of key agencies and clients are metExecute all duties in accordance with deadlines, including weekend, if deem required (i.e. Management, Traffic, Interactive, Creative and Integration)Help induct new members into the teamOther reasonable duties as requested by Sales General Managers Head of Sales.REQUIREMENTS:Required Skills and Knowledge2 – 4 years demonstrated experience in customer service in media sales1 – 2 years radio, online, interactive implementation experience (desirable)Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Applications – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalProject management skills
