Lead the Delivery of ProjectsLead project delivery needs to ensure deadlines and quality of deliverables are met.Problem solve to generate solutions and ensure project delivery requirements are met.Lead and facilitate strategic discussions with clients.Manage and analyze data and information relevant to project objectives.Oversee research required on relevant topics required for both internal and external projects.Lead the preparation of training and consultancy workshops.Achieve Client SatisfactionPre-empt, communicate and resolve any project needs or challenges to ensure client satisfaction is achieved.Collaborate with the company's business development team to ensure that project delivery meets client expectation and satisfaction. Build, maintain and nurture relationships with clients throughout the project delivery process with a purpose to grow more business with those clients.Manage and Improve Internal Systems/ProcessOversee administrative and process management needs for both internal and external projects.Develop and manage internal systems and frameworks to organize documentation and improve duplicability.Improve and standardize project delivery processes.,Bachelor's Degree in any fieldMinimum 2-year experience corporate roles, however fresh grads are welcomed to apply.
