KEY OBJECTIVESTo maintain effective systems and processes for documents in/out of Country Manager (CM) office.To ensure that all key documents in/out of CM's office are attended to, well kept and easily accessible.To understudy and assist Lead Advisor in a variety of tasks related to effective and efficient Country Manager's Office (CMO)To be a secondary focal point of contact in CMOTo participate actively in all discussions, to show commitment, enthusiasm, and a desire to assume responsibility when given the opportunity.To keep in close communication with Immediate Supervisor, to agree objectives, solutions, and strategies together and to report back in a timely mannerPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESPerform a range of duties which generally involve planning, coordinating, and managing schedules, meetings or other corporate activity.Ensure proper recording of important documents on electronic filing system.Maintain an organized archive such that allows for easy retrieval of necessary documents.Assist in prioritizing/filter documents based on urgency and impact.- Assist in coordination of memo out of CM's office including but not limited to CM's speech, townhall events etcAssist in review coordination and creation of system for CM's easy review and approval.Assist in management of documents into CM's office including but not limited to distribution and alert.Assist in intelligence on special issues or research for Country ManagerAssist in securing information/data across the organization relevant to CM's requests.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEUniversity Degree in any field7 years of working experience with a 2 years' experience in the oil and gas industry. Specific experience in an executive office is an added advantage.Fluency in English, both spoken and written is essential.Strong personal and interpersonal skills, with flexibility to meet the fluctuating requirements of potential cross-functional support.**Capable in the following computer programs**:1. Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project)2.
