The purpose of this role is to support the Client Director in delivery on the account, managing the capabilities and team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution. This is a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with the client and partners.Job Title:Associate Director, Engagement**Job Description**:- Client services lead and liaison between the client and internal Digital Remedy teams- Create media plans, presentations, and provide constant feedback to clients- Understand DAN product and solutions and work the sister agency teams to translate into media plans to drive business outcomes for clients- Act as a partner to clients in the design, launch, and overall management and optimization of programmatic campaigns to ensure maximized spend/revenue from existing budgets- Work with sales, media optimization team, monitor campaign delivery and performance, provide reporting and insights on a daily basis- Maintain partner dashboard, tracking revenue, key initiatives and growth opportunities- Maintain industry expertise in order to provide insightful, fresh ideas and optimizations- Target new clients and grow the business within the existing client portfolio assigned with our media planning service, and prioritize client visits based on sales potential and build a sustainable external network.- Identify upselling opportunities by creating leads for international retail measurement data and the more advanced / customized programmatic buying services enabling to transform ad-hoc relationships into continuous partnerships.- Utilize with creativity the tools available within the wider organization to generate leads and build your internal network- Develop pragmatic engagement plans for the key prospects & clients in your portfolio- Ensure that all business development materials, including proposals and delivered insights are consistent and demonstrate best in class within the industry.- Initiate & Drive projects to bring new product /market combination successfully to the market- Work with other sister agencies to ensure alignment and buy-in.- Develop strong working relationships and with members of the broader digital account teams including planning, investment, operations and analytics- Collaborate with agency teams and publishers to source, evaluate and implement deals that provide our clients with high quality inventory opportunities- Keep key stakeholders including clients and account teams updated on campaign and account level performance via regular and ad-hoc reporting and status meetingsExperience and/or Education:- BA/BS in marketing or related field- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, economics, finance, computer science- 7+ years of integrated experience managing Search, Display, Video, Social and/or Mobile Programmatic Media Buying- Prior agency / client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues- Understanding of interactive media planning elements with traditional media understanding a plus- Previous leadership experience a plus- Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills- Excellent communication and writing skillsStrong desire to contribute to a team**Location**:Kuala LumpurBrand:AmplifiTime Type:Full timeContract Type:Permanent
