**JOB SUMMARY**As a custodian of Air Selangor brand, you are required to assist and implement all advertising and promotion activities. This role will require regular interactions with various stakeholders to enhance company's visibility, with the aim to elevate and strengthen the Air Selangor brand, while demonstrating the company's commitment to be the leading water operator in the region.**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Develop and implement advertising and promotions work based on requirements of all communication materials, which include developing content for offline and online communications.- Manage and execute the production, delivery and installation of advertising and promotions collaterals and materials in support of project deliverables.- Manage and execute social networking communications such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.- Review, monitor and track the performance of advertising and promotion activities including impressions, views, clicks, etc.- Develop and implement internal and external campaigns/materials that align to the Communications Plan.- Brand guardian role within all regions to ensure consistency in brand strategy in all Communications Plan with alignment to brand proposition & communication strategies.- To be a brand steward in ensuring all creative materials align to the company's brand positioning.- To liaise with stakeholder(s) to determine their requirements, budget and ensure deadlines are met.- Ensure the executions of the Communication Plans are successful.- To assist in all company's project and other duties assigned by the management from time to time.**PERSON SPECIFICATION****_Minimum Qualifications: _**Minimum Degree/Diploma in Advertising/Media/Mass Communications/Marketing or equivalent.**_Experience: _**Minimum of five (5) years experiences in Advertising/Content Management/Account Management/Marketing or equivalent position.**_Knowledge: _**- Understanding and experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print media.- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences.**_Skills_** **_(professional, technical, managerial, practical): _**- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in Malay and English.- Good creative and multimedia skills such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, etc).- Good computer skills especially Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint).**_Abilities: _**- Ability to perform under minimum supervision- Positive work attitude- Team player An understanding of current trends, styles and needs**OTHER INFORMATION (IF ANY)**- Must possess own transportation.- Must be willing to work after office hours, when required, to complete tasks.Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Company car- Dental insurance- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Gym membership- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insurance- Work from homeSchedule:- Flexible hours- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Event, Advertising and Promotion Unit: 1 year (preferred)
