Job Title: Associate Manager, Customer Marketing (MY, SG & Brunei)Location: Bangsar South, KLDepartment: MarketingAs an Associate Manager, Customer Marketing, you will be responsible for Customer Marketing activities across all assigned brands, segments, or projects with geographic scope limited to the assigned cluster. In this position, you are also in charge of planning and execution of assigned portfolio's in-store activitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:To get necessary data preparation of the assigned brand according to activity planData generation and analysis for category growth planningCustomer / Channel analysis to identify market opportunities with assigned portfolio offering/product mixManaged promotion campaign and in-store operation of the assigned brand according to activity plan and ensure stocks are available for sales in the system on timeWork closely with supply chain, designer, co-packing and procurement to design and develop all necessary documentations and materialsManage allocation requirement relating to all POSM within agreed time frameManage POSM expenses according to budget givenLiaise with BTL agency for the POSM developmentRequired Skills / Experience / Competencies: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/ Customer MarketingMinimum 5 years experience in commercial roles (with 2 years in Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing is preferred)FMCG background will be an added advantageStrong analytics and planning skillsComputer literacy in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint is a mustGood command in Nielsen AdvisorBenefits & Culture: SC Johnson is committed to providing a Great Place to Work for all its employees.
