Associate Program

Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, finance, marketing, and operations to support project objectives. Monitor project progress and assist in identifying and addressing potential risks or issues. Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation for management review and updates. Assist in managing project budgets, resources, and timelines. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing project updates and gathering feedback. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Support other team members in their roles and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Up to 1 year of experience in project management or a related role (internships, co-op experiences, or relevant coursework will be considered). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. Adaptability and a proactive approach to tasks.
