Location:**Malaysia**- Department: Commercial- Location: Malaysia- Team and Role Introduction:- Seller Tool Business Analyst will be reporting to the Head of Lazada Seller Tools & Management. This role requires strong multi-tasking, prioritization and analytics skills.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for analyzing seller-facing tools metrics to ensure adoption and quality utilization to achieve business impact and outcome.- Monitor and strategize Seller Tools adoption, respectively for different seller segments. Identify trend and issues to take actions accordingly.- Monitor or create dashboard and study for both quantitative and qualitative metrics.- Based on data analysis and quality studies, come up with valuable implications and suggestions to share with sellers or internal teams to use all the seller tools effectively.**Job Requirements**- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):- Adeptness in Microsoft office tools, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint- Analytical skill and critical thinking- Positive learning attitude with strong adaptation skills in a fast-paced environment- Highly energetic and independent individual- SQL skillsRequirements/Qualifications(good to have):- Keep close relationship with Key Account Managers per category to manage strategies by utilizing seller tools and ensure sustainable business growth in the term long.
