Associate / Sr. Associate - Operations

Job Description Assisting and communicating with customers, providing solution for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing the customer support. Qualifications Associate - Ops - Freshers are welcome to apply - Diploma or equivalent - Preferably with experience in Customer Service or specific industry such as Insurance, Healthcare, Finance, etc. - Diploma or equivalent Sr. Associate - Ops - Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, or relevant industry such as Insurance, Healthcare, Finance, etc. Language requirement defers on the hiring account - but preferably have verbal and written experience in English / Malay / Mandarin / Cantonese / Japanese, etc.
