Associate Ui/Ux Designer

**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as content, marketing, data & developer team) to ensure designs align with project goals and brand guidelines.- Support in the maintenance of UI kits and design systems to streamline processes and ensure brand consistency.- Participate in project meetings, providing input and updates on design progress.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital projects, particularly web projects.- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent.- Basic understanding of design principles, design conceptualisation, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Good in communication, strong attention to detail and willingness to learn from senior designers and ability to learn quickly.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.**Additional Information**:- Working arrangements - Hybrid (2 Days in office)- Audio and mobile - RM 600.00 (claimable)- Mental and health wellness - RM 2,400.00 (claimable)- Insurance for personal & spouse insurance**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Figma: 2 years (required)- B2B: 1 year (preferred)
