Asst. Production Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the whole process of the day-to-day production, manufacturing process, and coordinating all production and operational activities of the factory.- To manage production planning, process control, Inventory control, waste control, ensure product quality, on-time delivery, and cost control.- Define and oversee the implementation of policies for achieving higher productivity and cost efficiency across all production operations.- Providing strong leadership to employees on the production floor, ensuring high morale, teamwork, good employee relations, and promote team collaboration across the organisation.- To review existing system, improvise, and implement best practices to achieve cost-effective productivity and on-time delivery for all orders received.- To ensure good manufacturing practices and housekeeping practices (5S) are carried out at all times.- Drive performance improvement and maximize operational and production efficiencies- Regular collaboration & discussion with colleagues in China HQ.- To prepare reports as requested by Top Management.- Any other duties as and when assigned by your superior.**Requirements**:- At least 6 years of relevant experience in electrical/electronic products manufacturing environment.- Familiar with MS Office (Excel & Word) & ERP Software.- Outstanding communication ability.- Meticulous, keen attention to details & organised.- Able to work independently & multi-tasking.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
