Audit Assistant Manager / Manager (Perai, Penang)

Independently manage a portfolio of audit clients and leading a team to provide a high level of service to the clients.- Managing the audit team and ensure that all audit assignments are carried out effectively, efficiently and meeting deadlines.- Preparing job allocation planning and manage the capacity of staff force.- Review audit files.- Review audit planning and identify potential problem areas for audit.- Monitor working procedures and ensure that audit jobs are carried out in accordance with the firm's standards, policies and guidelines.- Provide training, guidance and mentoring team members on their personal growth and career progression.**Requirements**:- Minimum qualification of a recognized degree in Accounting or equivalent and/or Professional Qualification such as MICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia/CIMA- Member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the related field, with 3 - 4 years in supervisory role- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills- High technical ability and analytical skills- Strong leadership and team management skills- Good planning and organizing skills and the ability to multitask- Proactive, innovative and self-driven- Entrepreneurially driven with the ability to establish excellent clients and staff relations- Strong sense of integrity and good working attitude
