Audit Manager (Bukit Mertajam Area)

Plan and perform operational and financial audits- Lead and guide the audit team through the examination of financial records, operational processes, and internal controls- Review and analyze data, documents, and evidence to assess the accuracy and validity of financial reporting and operations.- Identify and evaluate potential risks, both financial and operational, and determine appropriate strategies to mitigate these risks.- Ensure that audit procedures comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and adjust audit processes accordingly.- Prepare and present audit findings, reports, and recommendations to senior management, stakeholders, and clients.- Clearly communicate complex financial and auditing concepts to non-technical audiences.- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls- Manage and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to encourage professional growth and development.**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Audit Firm: 4 years (preferred)- Manager role: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)- English (preferred)
