Details of the offer

Responsibilities:- - Responsible to check P&ID from Project documentation to ensure Electrical and Instrumentation list are in order.
- To develop PLC IO list for each Project from Motor List and Instrument List.
- To assist Project team on cable tray routing, cable size and length calculation.
- To develop Electrical and Control Panel wiring diagram for production with Eplan software.
- Responsible to develop PLC program for whole process plant based on assigned projects and FDS(Control phylosophy).
- Responsible to develop SCADA / HMI configuration based on standard HMI .
- To develop standard library (FB) on standard drive and valves.
- To carry out Software FAT with Project/Commissioning Engineer for PLC logic verification.
- To carry out site startup and commissioning on PLC, SCADA and Process.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with Project Engineers to ensure project delivery in track.
- Report to Engineering Manager on timely manner with proper report to ensure project delivery on time.
- Responsible on site related electrical supervison on cabling.
- Responsible on electrical panel power up on site. Prior power up, check procedure to ensure safe of operation of electrical panel.
- Responsible on instrumentation setting and tuning for process requirement.
- Responsible to carry out signal check to make sure all signals appear on SCADA system.
- Responsible on power up all motor to make sure motor in correct rotation.
- To carry out program modification on site to fine tune the process.
- To assist commissioning engineer to commissioning the plant process.
- To make red correx for any electrical wiring diagram modification and feedback to supplier to make as built version. Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Control System Engineering/ others related Engineering degree.
- 1-2 years working experience on related job function.
- Knowledge on Siemens/ Omron/ Allen Bradley PLC.
- Knowledge on SCADA System (i.e Siemens WinCC, Rockwell Factory Talk, Wonderware Indusoft or others)
- Electrical Panel design.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
