Automotive Foreman, Service Department (Proauto

Oversee daily operations of service department, including training, maintenance and managing staffs' schedules.- Supervise the progress of each repair order throughout the day and ensures repairs are charged out correctly.- Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks.- Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies/equipment as needed.- Oversee safety standards to ensure the workplace area complies with company safety policies.- Implement strategies to optimize workflow and operation efficiency.**Requirements**:- A minimum qualification of SKM ll or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent.- At least 3 years of related experience including supervisory/lead experience.- Possessed valid D/B2 driving license.- Considerable automotive and operation management knowledge, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.- Possessed strong leadership abilities, great communication skills and an IT literate.- Willing to work long hours and overtime, if required.- Able to adapt, overcome and organize in a constantly changing automotive field.- Willing to work in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Experience**:- Foreman: 1 year (preferred)
