We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable._"JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:What you will do:3PP Partnerships- Lead negotiation and finalize commercial terms with 3PP partners- Identifying and approaching new prospects for 3PP Partnerships to achieve company's target of launches- Ensuring partners are properly screened, onboarded and that they have signed the relevant paperwork in place- Kicking off and subsequently managing the technical integration between Astro and its 3PP partners- Ensuring that relevant internal stakeholders are aligned and agreed to the onboarding/renewal of a given 3PP app- Managing and owning the contract drafting and sign off process between Astro and 3PP partners- Ensuring all aspects of integration are fulfilled according to launch timeline for 3PP app- Managing 3PP partner post-launch and working with internal stakeholders on curation to enhance consumption and upsell opportunity- Advising, where applicable, relevant internal stakeholders on how to best leverage the 3PP apps currently on Astro's platformContent Analysis & Division Strategy- Lead divisional insights, strategy and corporate deliverables including but not limited to the Content 3-Year Plan, budget and Monthly Content Committee- Lead any topical strategy research and presentations for management decision making purpose/upfront preparation work for meetings with partners and external stakeholders- Readily provide relevant data regarding content / app performance across linear, On Demand, Astro Go and 3rd Party Apps; be familiar with our internal data platforms including but not limited to Tableau, EDW, Kantar and Clarissa- Provide support for special initiatives that Content Group may lead or supportPlatform Management- Ensuring channel/capacity planning process is abided by and all necessary internal liaison is done- Leading the preparation requirements and reports on channel/capacity planning includes launching/ceasing, listing amongst others- Leading the planning and to solve critical capacity planning issues that impacts audience- Continually improving the channel/capacity planning processREQUIREMENTS:
