**Key Purpose**- Conference Producers are responsible for leading content development and implementing event logistics of industry-specific conferences. Essential roles include sourcing abstracts, implementing tasks and programs related to the event as well creating and managing client relationships related to the event.**Key Accountabilities**- Conduct research to identify and invite participation from industry experts best suited to the topic of interest determined by management in consultation with clients and stakeholders.- Coordinate with client on their "wishlist" - key executives and participants to be invited for the event (target market); confirming the job designations and preferred companied to be invited.- Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective speakers, team managers, decision makers essential to the success of the event (in-person or webinar).- Coordinate onsite operations and logistics for live events.- Manage conference timelines including program flows, technical checks and rehearsals, video recording sessions where applicable and creating media content for webinars.- Create content for mailshots that are timely and relevant to target audience.- Develop and execute delegate campaign to promote events to target audience.- Accommodate occasional travel and work outside of normal business hours.**Qualifications, Experience & Languages****Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related fields**Experience**:- At least one year experience in organising business conferences or event management- 5+ years of experience in conference or event productions- 2+ years of experience in mounting well-attended webinars or online workshops**Languages**:- Fluency in English- Arabic is a definite plus but not required- Fluency in additional languages will be beneficial**Skills & Competencies**- A sound understanding of event business, business structure, business conferencing, and event management.- Strong project management and organisational skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPIs and tight deadlines.- High computer proficiency for learning event management software (DMS Events portals and webinar platforms) as well as an in-depth literacy in MS Office and Google Suite.**Personal Attributes**- Well-developed critical thinking capability- Attention to detail- Intellectually curious- Copes well under pressure- Resolution-oriented | Problem-solver- Confident- Accurate- Ability to meet deadlines- Time management- Articulate- Intuitive people skills- Team player- Good natured- Flexible- Presentable- Thrives in change- Self-starting- Self-managingPay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you live in Kuala Lumpur?
