About the roleNexperia operates Quality labs at Back-End (BE) and Business Group (BG) locations. Quality labs located in BE manufacturing sites provide failure analysis lab for customer returns and for failures encountered during internal activities including Reliability stress failures and production failures. All labs provide Product and Package Reliability stress tests for Qualification and risk assessment in product development, NPI and production.What you will doManaging BE labs- Overall responsible for maintaining and upgrading lab capacity and capability in order to provide seamless support to Operation, BG and business needs.- Develop and retain key talents in the labs in order to ensure that the labs are able to provide best-in-class FA and Reliability support to all key stakeholders.Managing Global lab activities (BE and BG labs)- Define and manage lab Equipment Life Cycle Management to achieve equipment standardization that derive best cost of ownership.- Define global lab capacity planning process and ensure capacity visibility- Serve as key interface to all key stakeholders in strategic topics of the lab on capability, capacity and lab performance.- Drive lab KPI on service and support as well as establish processes for cross site BKM implementation.- Drive collaborative activities with other regional labs and BG labs in the area of standardization in KPI, utilization of common systems, lesson learnt sharing and projects that allow all labs to improve their performances.- Define sourcing strategy for external lab services and quality labs to ensure sufficient capacity flexibilityAuthorization- Compliance in accordance to the Power of Signature SOP of the respective Back-End manufacturing sites.What you will need- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.- Experience required in:- Managing operation of lab: managing regional organization with practical experience in managing inter-cultural differences and driving international teams in collaborative projects.- Good understanding in semi-conductor FA techniques and Reliability methodology per JEDEC & AEC automotive reliability requirements.- Good understanding in semi-conductor manufacturing processes.- Experience in managing ISO or equivalent accredited lab.- Excellent communication skills and interfacing with team members and key stakeholders.- Able to manage international teams without direct reporting line.- Good sense of empathy to needs and concerns of stakeholders.- Strong flexibility and adaptability to define solutions that addresses concerns of stakeholders to achieve the objectives.Talent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
