Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Baker to join our kitchen in Seri Manjung, Perak.In your role, you are the **Baker**! You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them wanting to come back for seconds, thirds and so forth.**Individuals who meet the following expectations will be contacted for an interview**:- Possess minimum Certificates/Vocational/Diploma- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in either a) school kitchens, b) hotels or c) restaurants- Passionate about food!- Can bake a wide range of dishes, from breads, pastry, cakes and other desserts.- Positive and inviting attitude- Can work flexible working hours- Enjoy working around children and adults- Self-motivated and can work with the team**Responsibilities**- Work with the head chef to prepare daily meals- Plan menus by consulting with head chef, estimate food costs and profits- General kitchen duties (prep to cleaning)- Own transportation to/from work location- Ability to stand for several hours at a time in a fast pace kitchen- Ability and wiliness to learn new recipes/processes and techniques- Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs)- Work quickly and under time constraintsFor the right individual, he/she will find this career very rewarding and challenging.
