Baker

Job Scope:Responsible for preparing and baking a variety of different pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a love of working with food.**Responsibilities**:- Follow recipes to prepare and bake a variety of different croissants, breads, pastries, and other baked goods- Measure ingredients accurately and consistently- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the baking process- Decorate and finish baked goods as needed- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures**Requirements**:- Previous experience in baking or pastry making is desirable- Knowledge of baking ingredients, techniques, and equipment- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to multitask and work under pressure- Flexibility to work on weekends- Positive attitude and willingness to learn- Ability to stand for extended periods of time**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kota Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Croissant baking: 1 year (required)Expected Start Date: 02/01/2024
