We are a cafe specialising in healthy whole foods, fermented products and sourdough bread dishes and our very own in house brand of kombucha. Think modern Australia cafe style. This pizza making role is a special opportunity to join a startup company and gain unique skills. Job responsibilities include preparing food for customers (healthier versions of cakes, bread and baked goods, pizza, cafe brunch food, fermented goods such as pickles and kimchi, making jams and nut butters, smoothie bowls), keeping kitchen clean, mentoring culinary arts intern, developing menu for further growth and new projects. Chef work experience is required.
