Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, bread.- Creating new and exciting cakes, cookies, bread to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers with the latest trends.- Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings and to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar and make appropriate orders within budget- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking- Monitor cleanliness of the bakery section- Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.- Monitor all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation- Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues or unsafe practices and procedures to management immediately- Make sure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal providedSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
