Banca Advisory Manager, Csd - Financial Services

**Responsibilities**:- Promote and sell a wide range of Bancassurance products to the bank's affluent clients.- Work closely with PRM/PWRM to identify potential clients and develop sales leads.- Plan and execute sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending events.- Provide excellent customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing follow-up.- Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the achievement of the bank's Bancassurance goals. Grow the Bancassurance penetration rate for the affluent segment.**Job Requirements**- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.- Full insurance licenses (PCE Life, CEILLI, TBE) and professional qualification (RCF/CFP) will have added advantage.- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the banking environment with proven track record in Bancassurance sales.- Experience in serving bank preferred and high network clients.
