Job Description : Job Responsibilities Promote and sell a wide range of Bancassurance products to the bank's affluent clients. Work closely with PRM/PWRM to identify potential clients and develop sales leads. Plan and execute sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending events. Provide excellent customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing follow-up. Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the achievement of the bank's Bancassurance goals. Grow the Bancassurance penetration rate for the affluent segment. Job Requirements Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field. Full insurance licenses (PCE Life, CEILLI, TBE) and professional qualification (RCF/CFP) will have added advantage. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the banking environment with proven track record in Bancassurance sales. Experience in serving bank preferred and high network clients.
