Bank Sales Consultant

**Primary Responsibility**:**Customer Interaction -** Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both in-person and through various communication channels.**Networking -** Build and grow connections of customers through networking, referrals and professional association to build a strong pipeline of potential customers.**Product Expertise -** Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the banking products and services available and proficiently convey their attributes, advantages, and relevance to meet customer requirements.**Additional Sales -** Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services to maximize customer relationships.**Compliance - **Ensure adherence to all banking regulations and compliance standards when providing financial advice and processing transactions.**Sales Targets - **Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals established by the bank.**Market Research - **Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.**Qualifications and Requirements**:- SPM above or equivalent. A bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in finance or a related field are a plus.- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply- Possess experience in sales especially in banking or financial sector- Strong knowledge of banking products and financial services.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
