Job Description immediate Hiring for Permanent Headcounts! Full Training Provided!

24/7 rotating shift (Earlier shift will start from 7AM; Latest shift will start from 10.30PM)? ? ?
? 5 days per week
9.5 hours include 1.5 hours breaktime
Working Location: Jalan Tun Razak (Nearby Ampang Park LRT)
Salary Packages: RM2700 - RM3500 (Subject to qualification and experiences

Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls to attend Singaporean customer?s order, request, inquiries, feedback regarding to financial products.
To provide solutions to customers based on company SOP and maintain professionalism in customer handling.
Ensure accurate customer data maintenance and call log updated.
Ensure feedback and unresolved cases are channeled to customer support team for case resolution.
Requirements
Passions in customer service field.
Fresh graduates in any field are encouraged to apply
Prefer bilingual (English + Mandarin) or MUST be fluent in spoken and written in English / Mandarin
Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role req uires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Able to work on weekend, public holiday on rotational shift (Night shift)
