**Banking Executive (Trustees Department) - Immediate Hiring****Work Location**: Jalan Tun Razak - nearby MRT Tun Razak Exchange/ TRX**Working Hours**: 8.45 am - 5.45 pm (Must willing to stayback with OT provided; Depends on the workload)**Working days**: Monday - Friday**Salary Range**: RM 2,300 - RM 2,500**Intake Date** : Early August 2023**Requirements**:- Preferable1 years experience in account- Applicants must be willing to work at Jalan Tun Razak- Applicants must willing to join banking upon request (Immediately)- Experience in audit and handling MYOB Accounting system is an advantage- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines- Highly adaptable to fast paced environment- Meticulous with documentation skills is an advantage- Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply- Age Limit: 23 years old - 30 years old (Malaysian)- 1 year contract duration - Renewal contract or contract-to-permanent (base on performance)**Job Descriptions**:- Review and ensure valuation/accounting records as cash positions, securities positions, corporate actions related, and any other entries are recorded accurately and timely, and in accordance with the Regulator's guidelines, Fund's prospectus/info memo, SLA (Service Level Agreement) and Section's policies and procedures.- Review the Net Assets Values, unit pricing reports, other fund valuation/accounting output and dissemination of Funds' NAV prices to the required parties (eg. press, FIMM, Bloomberg, Lipper, etc.) to ensure accuracy, completeness and time- Help clients to manage, protect and transfer their wealth to future generations- Communicate as needed with other sections, other departments, trustee, brokers, target fund's administrator, financial institutions, etc.- Contribute ideas for improvement on processes, procedures, end-to-end processing, etc.- Perform other tasks as assigned.**INTERESTED TO APPLY?**Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Parental leave- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)Expected Start Date: 08/01/2023
