Job ResponsibilityContact existing and potential customers by telephone and emailIn charge of outbound cold calling, lead generation, data refine and appointment settingProvide an overview and upsell the products and servicesMaintain and develop a good relationship with existing and potential customersContribute and achieve the department group target set by the organizationHandle sales, products & services inquiriesJob RequirementsSPM / Diploma / Degree or any relevant certificate in any fieldMinimum 1-year experience in the area of telemarketing/tele sales (call center is advantageous)Prefer applicants who have experience in sales and marketingGood presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize the product to customer needsCandidate must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skillsPossess a positive working attitude and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environmentMust be independent, proactive and self-drivenRequired language(s): English and Malaysia.Full-Time position(s) available.Willing to work at KL (Akademi Etiqa Building, it is nearby Masjid Jamek)Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm & alternate SaturdayJob BenifitsEPFSOCSOMedical ClaimTraining Provided
