Barista Cum Service Crew

We are a vegetarian cafe under Mangga and we are hiring baristas who are keen on beverage preparation and education to join us as a part of high-energy and efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:-
Welcoming customers, promoting specials or new items, answering questions and accepting orders and payments.
Grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee,smoothies and tea.
Preparing food such as sandwiches and/or baked goods.
Packaging food and beverages for sale.
Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, sanitizing equipment and utensils.
Constantly learning brewing methods, beverage blends, food prepareation and presentation techniques to improve food and beverage quality.
Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables and/or behind the counter.
Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
Requirements:-
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Exceptional listening and communication skills.
Able to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
Polite and engaging personality.
Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Preferred Skills:-
Bilingual or multilingual is an added advantage.
Ability to maintain composure during rush hours.
ability to present bills, take orders and deliver to customers in a timely manner.
Posseses complete information regarding all approved hygiene policies and standards.
Posseses good knowledge and understanding of menus and give good recommendations to customers.
Posseses skills in proper handling of kitchen equipment, e.g. soda machines, microwaves and fryers.
