We are looking for a Barista to provide daily operational support in our café. We need someone who is self-driven, passionate and organised. We want somebody who matches our spirit and ambitions, and someone who will challenge us to constantly push our boundaries.**Responsibilities**- Prepare and serve coffee, food and other beverages to customers using prescribed recipes- Provide good customer service and build a good rapport with customers- Assist the Cafe Lead in planning new menus and learning preparation techniques for all food and drinks- Keep the café area tidy and clean at all times- Adhere to health and safety standards and codes- Ensure all equipment stays well maintained- Sell and share knowledge with customers in an enlightening manner on various ranges of coffee, drinks and food offerings- Regulate inventory levels of coffee beans, fruits, pastries, etc. in the café- Assist the Cafe Lead in innovating and improving processes for efficiency and effectiveness of the café**Requirements**:- Good understanding of various types of coffee and tea- Prepared to work during weekends and public holidays- Able to accommodate shift work- Able to communicate in English- Customer oriented and service focused- Have a passion for music**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
