Experience working with Data Warehouse and Big data eco system. Experience in resolving complex technical issues in a Unix/Hadoop/Oracle/Teradata based platform Knowledge on UNIX, Shell scripts, SQL, Teradata, Hadoop(Hive, HDFS, Spark, Python, ODI) Experience in application monitoring and performance monitoring using standard tools. Experience with ticketing tools such Jira, HPSM, Splunk etc., Experience with work repository and version controlling tools like GitHub & SVN etc. Excellent written / verbal communication skills and excellent technical troubleshooting skills. Prior production / product support experience is a must. Working knowledge of the banking industry would be an added advantage. Ability to quickly learn and stay current with new technologies, product features and their architecture. Ability to work in a high-paced dynamic environment with broad level requirements, deadlines, pressures etc. Highly motivated, a Go-Getter who needs very little or no supervision. Willing to work in flexible shifts. Requirements Extensive expertise on Teradata, Oracle, SQL, Python, Unix, Shell Scripts. Knowledge on big data eco system frameworks such as Hadoop(Hive, HDFS, Spark, Map Reduce). ETL & data integration tools like informatica, ODI etc. Working experience in ETL and Application Support(BAU) is a MUST.
