Perform facial treatment services according to standards set by the company, training provided.- Always ensure the client's satisfaction and comfort.- To monitor and follow-up to customer's treatment and skin condition improvement- Build positive relationships and demonstrate customer service oriented.- Achieve sales targets and goals by promoting our services and recommending appropriate treatments and products to enhance the overall customer experience.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure the utmost safety and comfort for clients.- Ensure all required stock or items are refilled accordingly.- Provide administrative support in terms of customer care, including scheduling appointments, and maintaining accuracy in customers' treatment logs and customer satisfaction surveys.- Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shiftExpected Start Date: 03/21/2024
