Work diligently with the team to ensure harmonious and smooth center operation.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible to achieve assigned target and goals through excellent professional facial treatment service in all aspects e.g. technical, consultation and customer service.- Attend to customer's requests and enquiries.- Able to make professional recommendations of products, face cleansing treatments and packages to customers.- Build positive relationships and demonstrate customer service oriented.- Ensure cleanliness, sterilizing and maintenance of equipment, treatment rooms, and clinic.- Handle documentation, phone calls, basic administration duties and appointments.- Ensure all required stock or items are refilled accordingly.- To assist other duties as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in aesthetics or beauty industry.- Good hands-on technical skill & products knowledge.- Passionate and sales-driven.- Excellent customer service.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Collaborative and a team player.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Beautician: 1 year (preferred)- Facial Treatment: 1 year (preferred)- Consultant: 1 year (preferred)
