Skincare & Perfume shop at The Starhill Gallery,KLAs a Beauty Advisor you are responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing beauty and skincare products. You should possess in-depth knowledge of beauty products and trends, offering expert advice to clients to help them achieve their beauty goals. Creating a positive and engaging shopping experience, promoting products and ensuring customer satisfaction.**Responsibilities**:**Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Listen to customers' needs and provide personalized beauty recommendations. Offer skincare and makeup consultations to address individual concerns.**Product Sales**: Actively promote and demonstrate products to customers. Encourage customers to sample and try products. Provide guidance on shade selection and product suitability based on customer preferences and skin type**Merchandising**: Maintain attractive product displays, ensuring shelves and counters are well-organized and stocked. Keep track of inventory levels and restock as needed.**Client Relationships**: Build strong and lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Keep records of customer preferences and purchase history to provide personalized recommendations.**Cleanliness and Hygiene**: Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Ensure that all beauty tools and testers are sanitized regularly.**Feedback and Reporting**: Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and product performance to the store manager.
