Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our team at Wardah Cosmetics. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering personalized beauty recommendations, and driving sales of Wardah's halal-certified cosmetics and skincare products. Your primary objective will be to create positive experiences for customers while representing the Wardah brand ethos of beauty, integrity, and inclusivity.**Responsibilities**:- Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their beauty needs and preferences.- Provide expert advice and product recommendations based on customers' skin type, concerns, and desired look.- Educate customers on the features and benefits of Wardah products, including their halal-certified ingredients and ethical sourcing.- Assist customers in finding the perfect products to enhance their natural beauty while respecting their religious beliefs.- Keep abreast of new product launches, promotions, and industry trends to effectively promote and sell Wardah products.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including product displays and testers.- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the management.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve store objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.**Requirements**:- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty industry.- Passion for cosmetics and skincare, with a strong understanding of makeup techniques and skincare routines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers of diverse backgrounds.- Knowledge of halal beauty products and an understanding of Islamic principles related to cosmetics (preferred).- Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per the store's schedule.- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in beauty or cosmetics is a plus.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 6-12 monthsPay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Language**:- Malay (required)
