Responsible for: Delivering Benefits support to project employeesRole briefThe Benefits Advisor role manages the day-to-day operations and administration of all health, welfare, retirement, and leaves/disability programs across the globe. This role provides a positive employee experience and delivers exceptional customer service while serving as a first point of contact for benefits-related inquiries. Core Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding questions or concerns related to their local benefits Support day-to-day benefit plan operations including enrollment events, updates, terminations, and other program changesAssist in managing and administering employee benefits programs such as retirement plans, health, welfare, and wellness programs, and leave of absence and disability policies/programsCreate and maintain accurate plan information, materials, and tools, including Workday Help articles Identify opportunities for program and/or process improvements and communicate to leadership for evaluation Participate in regular audits of benefits programs by preparing necessary reports and working with employees, vendors and/or payroll to facilitate corrections, as neededEnsure program compliance with local laws and regulations as it relates to government compliance reporting, data privacy and security, and any other local requirementsSupport and administer employee disability and leave management processes, ensuring compliance and coordination with third-party vendors, as requiredAid in maintaining records of benefit program records adhering to retention and local compliance requirementsFollow compliance and quality guidelines to ensure correct information is provided for all Workday Help casesEscalate high priority cases for immediate intervention by benefits team, payroll and/or vendorsEnsure timely and accurate processing benefits related invoices; track costs and provide monthly reporting to benefits teamEffectively meets defined service level agreements (SLAs) on timeliness and quality Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Fluent in English & mandarin (written & verbal) with strong communication skillsExperience in Workday HCM requiredSound understanding of international benefits market Knowledge of compliance requirements for benefits and leave programs outside of North AmericaStrong problem-solving skills, ability to manage conflict and attention to detailPassion for delivering a great employee experienceEmployee Status : Full Time EmployeeShift : Day JobTravel : NoJob Posting : Apr 26 2024
